DS Lite cartridges

I know it has been posted previously but i have had a look and cannot find the thread.

Could someone please give me the website where you buy the cartridges for the DS Lite
so you can download your own games off the internet.

I bought 2 of them last week for a friend and I got both of them with Igb memory cards and postage & packing for less than the price I paid for my 1st one.

Ive found no problems with a TT Card

Im now a bit confused though.
Can you please confirm if the following is correct

Firstly I need to buy a R4 card from the link below for £20
then i download the roms from NDS-Roms.com onto the card or
Can i use a torrent site as well as the above?

then just put the cartridge into the DS and bobs your uncle!!!
