Every January I pack in drinking for the whole month. Usually I feel loads better for it, I lose weight, sleep better, have more energy etc.

However, this year has been rubbish. I feel run down, I've had loads of wicklows/mouth ulcers/dry skin, I'm fatigued, and I've put weight on. confised

I'm going to see it through till the end of January, but I reckon I won't bother next year.
