Literally 5 mins from Gillingham F.C, in domus clamantium or in "the home of the shouting men" that is Gillingham.

I fear if I buy you a pint in the Livingstone Arms, the other Darlo fans might have my guts for garters.

The fast train is just over three quarters of a hour. It calls at:

Bromley South
Rochester
Chatham
Gillingham

The slow train take about an hour and 15 mins and calls at:

Bromley South
St. Mary Cray
Swanley
Farningham Road
Longfield
Meopham
Sole Street
Rochester
Chatham
Gillingham

As for The Gills, my uncle came down here and took pictures of me standing outside the half-demolished old main stand now the KM Medway Stand. What they've done with the place looks quite smart - the only thing which totally ruins is the fact that the old Town End (the irony of it!) has been replaced for some years with temporary seating which has still not been built on for whatever reason. Compared with the smart KM Medway Stand, it's the absolute pits.

Was there last season for the 1 - 2 defeat. Brown put us in the lead, then Oley or whatever his name is scored twice. Have never been so cold in my life. Never mind the freezing north, it was absolutely bitter.
Nice pie shop near the station kept me warm :coool:
