Was that as I didn't have a ticket I had to pay in,
Entrance with pre purchased ticket = £19:00
Entrance on day through turnstile = £12:00

I've got no idea but I heard rumblings of this, shocking if it's true.

Yesterday actually highlighted how it's not just us who are suffering in the crowd department this season. Scunthorpe are well in the promotion race so they expected a full ground on Boxing Day hence giving us only 500 odd tickets on the side of the ground. In reality when we turn up we have the full end because the game was attended by less than 5,000 home fans, the last home game they had less than 4,000 in total including 300 Northampton fans. Football really does need to respond to this.

That's something Pools could introduce, to a lot of 16-21 year olds 20 bar is too much.

In that case the turnstile operators are truly lousy judges of age!

The prices displayed outside were 8 quid and 12 quid.
When I saw them I asked a steward where the adult turnstiles were.

Sounds like a Mr I Notts County special to me, stood outside the juniors turnstiles shouting to me, 'Dad I need a fiver....'

I gave him a tenner and the bastad ((c)ADG) never even gave me the change back. taz

they had 4 turnstiles operating, two for tickets, one for children and one for £12:00 adults, nearly got mugged by poolies trying to sell their tickets coz they had brought a couple 'spare'
