Darren Way spent as comfortable a night as can be expected last night following his accident on the A3088 Cartgate Link Road yesterday.

Darren's injuries are still being assessed by doctors and specialists but we can confirm they are not considered as life threatening.

Darren has suffered broken bones and has deep lacerations on his leg and we hope to be able to give further information when doctors have confirmed his condition later today.

Everybody at the club sends Darren their best wishes for a speedy recovery.

I remember talking to some of the Yeovil players in a service station after our final day draw at Swindon, and they had just missed out on the league two play-offs on goal difference. I'm certain he was one of the players I spoke to, they seemed to be decent lads - hope he gets well soon.
