You have the draw you wanted, a non league team.

Your up early and ready to set off. Your head and heart says you will win, but there's that hollow feeling in your gut , that says, we just might not.

Your 90 minutes away from talking on the way home of which one of the "big boys" you want.....but

90 minutes away from a long quiet journey home, till one of your mates(and if you lose someone will) says " we can concentrate on the league" as if it never been said before. And he gets a load of abuse from the rest of the car/bus.

Your 90 minutes away from being sat (maybe in a pub) with your mates watching the draw on Sunday at 2:15......or

90 minutes away from telling everyone you never watch cup draws

Your 90 minutes away from hearing , ball 23 Manchester United will play ball 57 Hartlepool, and once you have calmed down sending a text to everyone in your phone book, even if they dont like football....or

90 minutes away from hearing ball 23 Manchester United will play ball 57 and Jim Rosenthal saying Fleetwood, conquerers of first division Hartlepool yesterday. And throwing something at the tv

90 Minutes away from texting your mates who said the season ticket offer was rubbish and they weren't getting one to rub it in you did and your virtually guareenteed a ticket while they have to queue longer and may miss out...or

90 minutes away from agreeing with them as your season is finished before Christmas.

90 minutes away from invading Darlington board and gloating which big boy we got in round 3....or

90 minutes away from just saying O well we got further than Darlo.

Dont you love the romance of the FA Cup, before kick off.

That's exactly what makes the FA Cup so great!

It's days like this that I want to be in England watching a game live and dreaming of the next round!

I just said to one of the lads here..."I could kill for fish and chips, couple of beers, go and stand in the cold weather and watch Pools play and then celebrate the win with a few pints and a curry!"

5 days to go! Then back in the UK! Get in!
