Is anyone else having problems with videos on Poolsworld? I keep getting licensing errors, even though the helpdesk has confirmed that I am licensed properly. I've updated Windows Media Player, but still haven't seen the MK Dons highlights yet! Anyone help?.......................

Do you have an IP address that changes? Do you watch videos from work?

Other than that it may a problem with them.

If you've got the latest WMP then they should work.

Try E-Mailing Mark Simspon (media@hartlepoolunited.co.uk) he is brilliant at sorting out problems.
