Is the guy who allowed the 'ghost' goal at Watford last month. He's just reffed the Derby v Forest game and disallowed a perfectly good winner for Derby in injury time after giving them a penalty that never was. Why is he allowed to referee? He is incompetent.

I think he's only allowed to referee meaningless games between nondescript midlands clubs.
