I posted a link to this site , showing a Martha Wainwright gig. Not only can you watch past concerts of a wide variety of artists, but they also do live gigs.

So, why not give Fabchannel.com a try! :coool:

mutley you can download if you scroll to the bottom of the page it says downloads click it and you go to a list of artists

Mutters you can download ANY streamed video to your PC by installing an add-on to Firefox. The one I use is (for some weird reason) called "downloadhelper".
