Your not missing much. Just his usual style of "insert dwarf/disabled person at every opportunity"

Watched a bit of Pheonix Nights the other night which consisted of some woman from Bolton or some other rough NWestern town who was at a wake and enquiring whether they would get a discount from the crematorium cos they were scattering the ashes and didn't need a casket. Not funny, just crass. Not to say that thats not how it is, it's just not funny.

I watched it and enjoyed it.

Everybody I've spoken to at work this morning watched it and enjoyed it.

Is this evidence that loads of you on here are truly miserable bastads?

I caught the results show which I thought was funny, I wish I'd watched the rest. I didn't because I saw the first few minutes and thought it was going to be shit. You can't replicate an audition process as you can't really get more touched than some of the people who turn up for the real shows like these two lads for example;

Reality shows like the X Factor are difficult things to parody as they are almost parody of themselves anyway like the sob stories that they have to find for everyone including that girl from Hartlepool's 179 eye operations, they failed to mention that her family are multi millionaires.
