our 8 year old niece was watching Horrid Henry videos on the laptop in the front room last night, but one of them was overdubbed with swearing (Boro tin tin style). Yes it was funny to the likes of me, but it's not particularly funny when the bairn gets to watch it, in good faith that it will be one of the episodes from the telly.
The person who put it up should have categorised it properly. Just a warning to everyone with kids who might watch this stuff inadvertently.
It could have been worse, but thankfully it wasn't and we kept a close eye on what she was watching after that

maybe you should consider some parental control program when letting little ones on the internet?

aye, we don't have her staying with us that often and our own Miss Parmo is a typical teenager now, so we don't have to police it normally. I'll enable the controls next time she's here.
