Oldham view of trip to Victoria Park

Oldham fan here in peace.

Saturday was a fantastic advert for League 1 football. Personally I thought we should have won it but I don't think anyone went home too disappointed.

You may be aware that one of our former players, Ernie Cooksey, died of a form of skin cancer in the summer at the age of just 28.

A group of us have had a flag made and are taking it around the country in his memory and to raise awareness of Malignant Melanoma (the cancer).

Good report that but there is one problem. You say it was a fair walk from the Jacksons Wharf pub to the ground
