spoke to chris about this today, next week we will have 1 extra billingham, dunny and kev back and that would make 10

i reckon we can go back to bunker v bunker

whats everyone else think?

I only said I was hoping to be available again next week! But regardless either Wed or Thu are fine for us.

Don't forget to include Jason in your calculations as well. I thought he was the star of the team last night, IMHO.

it wasn't that i was excluding jason, i just thought regulars and bunkers have first refusal

if your not fit yet billy then we can include jason in the 10

i just felt we should stop when we hit 10 so there are no subs waiting about or on 6 on 5's or owt like that.

We already have a friendly arranged against someone and then we start in the Thursday league as well as the Monday one. The only date we had available was the one we arranged before but it's gone now as we are playing someone else.

Morale?! We are 8 games and nearly 3 month unbeaten and haven't conceded a goal for 5 games in a league littered with ex-Pools players, Northern league players and top division Sunday morning players playing against our lads who only play for us on a Monday :grin:

You stick to beating under 16's teams for now and when we get a spare night during the week i'll give you a shout and you can book a pitch. One day you'll make it as a manager!

I was never bothered about playing intotheblue anyway. Never been on their board and never really plan to so don't have any desire to play them again.

Personally I'd like to go back to 5aside Bunker lads, next week I think we have a real possibility of getting back into double figures.

Chip, it's been excellent playing your mates and I'm sure you agree that you're only as good as you're last game! I'm sure there is a way of continuing our games in addition to Bunker 5aside, even if its only a couple of times a month.

Seriously though, even if we get 12 then I don't think it's a problem and we can have a sub each.

I don't really see how an 8 vs 8 match would work seeing as we're going to be well in double figures.

Having done a quick count, I'd expect 10 at a bare minimum next week. I'd personally rather have a 5 aside game

I'm playing this week, but Jason is not, was speaking to him at the game yesterday, he is doing what I was doing last week, out in Durham with work.

I was also speaking with Chunky on Thursday morning, he sounds a fair way from fitness.
