Ah now then, I might be wrong in this particular case but I do know that the people of the Phillipines begin their Christmas celebrations (by putting up their decorations)in October sometime and their is a very large Phillipino population in the town,although I doubt that the house you saw is occupied by Phillipino's.
Just a bit of trivia for you anyway :roll:
