Anybody have it? I can't seem to find one on the site.

I urge anyone who has Pools World to complain about the piss poor match highlight videos that are now being fobbed off on us.

Give Mark Simpson his due, I received a reply within half an hour of sending the e-mail.
It wasn't really the exact reply I wanted but there was no problem with the club's responsiveness.

Dear Mr Head,

Thanks for your email – I understand completely your frustration; it’s a frustration we share. Unfortunately, we rely on the highlights package provided to us direct from PTV (the company who hosts Pools World).

While we edit video interviews and do the commentary, match highlights is an area out of our control and for some reason they do appear to have been cut down this season. I have watched the Torquay highlights and admit they are not to the standard which our subscribers should expect.

However, we are currently looking in to the possibility of creating our own highlights in-house so that they prove better value to subscribers.

Having been a subscriber since the very early days of Pools World, I do hope that you remain signed up. I assure you that we’re doing our best to maintain the excellent value for money that we feel is offered by Pools World.

Thanks again,

Mark Simpson.
