NEW IDENTITY

Hello

Just a quick note to say kentishpoolie has left the building.
I've changed to Poolie of Kent to fit with the Kentish Man / Man of Kent legend as I was born on the East Bank (Man of Kent) side of the River Medway.

Thought I'd print the title in capitals to let you know that despite the slight name change, I'm still the same person I always was. :grin:

Hello, Mr. Poolie of Kent - how come you support Pools then and not Maidstone or someone?

I was born in Chatham. Dad was born at 5 Elwick Road, West Hartlepool. My mother was born in Chatham.

I follow Pools because I decided I didn't want to be like all the other kids in the town who go to watch Arsenal, Man U, Chelsea instead of watching Gillingham.

Oh yeah, very much, went to Swindon (1-1) together, Rushden (lost title and Boydy's humiliation of Turley), Cardiff, watched the Tranmere and Bristol City play-off games, went to Cardiff etc.
