The two strikers I've named have been prolific in League Two in the last few seasons.

And before people start on about needing to buy from above not below...scoring is scoring. Some people just know how to find the back of the net and these two guys know very well.

If IOR fancy a splurge they'd probably be able to go for £500,000 (but that is a hell of a lot for us I know).

Any unpolished gems other folks know about for bargain prices??

Lester is around the same age as Barker with more or less the same record, not worth £250000

And michael boulding is rich, doesn't need the money and won't leave mansfield, old ground this.

Snodgrass is the man.

Boulding is also the wrong side of 30, his personal circumstances have been discussed heavily before, everyone knows he has as much desire to play high level football as my nana, he plays for the crack as he's a rich daddies boy who doesn't need the money.

Everyone seems to be forgetting we didn't have that many problems infront of goal last season, i'd rather see a left back and right back brought in before a striker.

But we are still a striker down after letting Moore leave.

I rate mccunnie yes, but i believe it was mentioned before he wants to play midfield.

And i think we're very light in that position.
