I think smoking behind the wheel is worse and that should carry the same penalty. If you drop your Fagend between your legs and its burning your arse that could cause a nasty accident in more way then one :laugh:

Ps Glad I paid the fine straight away and not waited til I got my Compo from the scumbag who got caught kicking the $hite out of my car cause he was fighting with his girlfriend and that was three years ago. rage

I hear some loonies want to ban hands free kits in cars cos they say that talking on them distracts you from the road.

Well if that's the case then ban kids from cars when there is nobody but the driver to supervise them, as they are far more distracting than using a hands free mobile.

I wholeheartedly agree - I'd quite like to see the big business corporations and the Government squealing for once. That's one thing I admire the French for!!!!
