'Inside The World's Most Violent Prison System' by Donald MacNeil!!!! confised

I've just started to read this book....I saw the Documentary about it on the 'Banged Up Abroad' series and it's a really good story about a bloke who gets tricked....(so he says like)....into exporting Cocaine from Venezuela to Britain!!!! confised

So I start reading the book and where does this International Horror Story start then eh????

I remember watching the very episode while I was in Koh Samui, Thailand. I Couldn't believe I was watching footage of the smallcrafts 7,000 miles from home!!

The bloke who ends up banged up with him is a knock out, he is from Burnley I think his best quote "I mean he was offering £50,000 for us to go and do the job, to be honest I was bored and would have done it for a bag of chips!"

Some of them blokes from banged up abroad seemed ok really... but theres the misery to others excuse....Some of them prisons especially that one in venezuela would cure most riff raff re offending

I remember in that one in Venezuela, the guards didn't dare ever go in :shock:

Yes it had footage of the town and Smallies right at the start of the episode.
