A19 south to tees flyover

A66 towards Middlesbrough

2nd Exit off A66 (the one near Sainsbury's)

Up ramp to roundabout - then left

Over Metz bridge to lights - left again

Down hill to next lights - (you guessed it) left again - you should go past cleveland cables & a bit further on the Evening Gazette printing works

Follow road through Riverside Park ind est for roughly 1.5 miles (I think - it feels that far))

Car park on your left
