Just noticed on my renewal application which I have been sent, that your "Buddy" for the £100 ticket has to be the same as the proposer. I.e. Adult for adult which we expected , pensioner for pensioner, and student for student, now although I think it a great deal why does that have to be the case.

If you want to introduce a member of the family there a good chance he may be a pensioner so that rules out a way of introducing someone. As all tickets are more expensive than the £100 does it really matter

If you are buying for a pensioner, just buy him an adult ticket...........cost £100, just the same.

Eh? And then charge him the 227 so the season ticket holder gets his discount? Are you mad?

How much is it for a pensioner?

A pensioner is £199.
I was thinking as if it was to be a gift.
Otherwise it is not worthwhile, you are right.

You could offer to buy an adult ticket for the pensioner and charge him £150. You would make £50 and the pensioner would save £49. You would both win in that respect.

It would work out OK as Pensioners are free if accompanied by both parents.
