show was rigged all along, he is a one trick pony, there were plenty other acts who deserved to win and didnt make it to the final, i also thought kate and jin the dog, and escala should have been in top 3 if not won the damn thing.

Really tough final to call tonight, I think. Loads of acts could have won.

supposidly Phone in's are always corrupt, u hear about them all the time, wether they are or not is another matter tho, reason i thought it was corrupt is because i thought they were simply some better acts tonight who in my opinion should have won, but other people have different opinions :P

Nothing that happens on theshow could ever beat the first time Paul Potts was on. It has to be one of the best TV moments this decade.....

I've seen George live - top man and a deserving winner. If you like him you can find him bopping outside Manchester Arndale most Saturdays. The totty with violins will always make money but George is what it's all about - a chance in a million. Faryl was good though.

Totally agree, ..one of the mysteries of life is that you can put shit like this on the box and hordes of dim people will watch and care about it...oh dear...oh dear, oh dear.

presumably you also watched it snowy.

Probably the only thing Snowy had in common with you there was the bath

i spend almost every weekend wi the kids chip and as much tme as poss - but 1 thing i wont do is watch stuff like this - irespective of if the kids are watching it or not - the missus is for that type of shite not me .

the fact that grown men are discussing this and not wild china or something similar confuses me confised - i timed my dog walk to perfection for when this show was on - and will be going in the other room now to do a bit of proofing and then read the times as its geting repeated rage

Bit of an elitist thing going on with your GCSE threads and dislike of mainstream telly. Bet you don't even watch Heartbeat, Midsomer Murders and The Royal sctatchinghead

We'd ignore 2 out of 3 for their Yorkshire content.

No, Midsomer Murders, is a must, innit? Definite cult status

The reason I couldn't watch this talent contest (after the first 3 minutes) is to do with what katcha just said. No-body can just do or say anything on TV now without masses of superfluous noise, and colour, and presenters/judges saying stupid, mind- numbing things. And audiences cheering and shouting hysterically at any old rubbish.
The worrying thing is, the bairn doesn't know what I mean about this. Youngsters just think it's normal

Well they way you're all leaping on the hook like salmon on drugs, it's obvious there's a bit of deep seated unease at watching this dross... you always know when you've touched a raw nerve when the reactions this good...... ...it's still shite.

I see the 'talentless' Faryl is already predicted to make millions under the shrewd stewardship of the great emprasario Simon Cowell. Given that the totty with violins are bound to make money as a result of their exposure and that young George is living his own personal dream you'd have to say the show's been a great success. Not just salmon but M and S smoked salmon  Scrap yard challenge for me now - apart from whodunnits this really is my particular favourite - power boats from scrap, what a story line!

it's like katcha said, the second one load of shite's finished the next load starts, ad infinitum. Getting rid of my telly would be on my agenda, but the wife would go spare.

Are you having a laugh?!

She stood there with a fooking stick with a miserable face and her only friend was running around the stick. She has no talent at all. The dog did, but it did not deserve to be in the final full stop.

George Sampson has a rare spinal condition the poor lad and im sure he's in pain with every single move he makes. Deserved winner I think! (think its a silly move to fall flat on his back like)

That 12 year old girl should have won it no questions asked. What happened there is Simon Cowell has said "she WONT win this contest because i want her signature on this contract to make me some money!" Well, thats just what i thinks!

Cowell must be being ironic in having him judge a "Britain's got TALENT" competition.
