Yeah I heard talk of this list the other week. How Deep Purple's worst ever song can be on any "best of" list at all I'll never know.

Glaring omissions.

Brown Sugar
Satisfaction
Paint it Black
Pinball Wizard
Baba O'Reilly
Won't get fooled again
All Right Now

Fook it I give in; there are going to be far too many - probably more than 25! :-o :-o

I have looked at the list a few times now but still can't see Like A Hurricane - there must be a misprint surely.

boo hiss. refred
you should know better Mutters.
Having said that, that song wouldnt be in my top 50 Ramones songs.
Go Mental and I Dont Want You, both from Road to Ruin, are worthy of being in a top riff list - not that I care about such things.
Holiday in Cambodia should be there too - but these sort of things are usually done by soft cockers...sorry rockers

this is why I avoid music threads.... evryones taste is different and it always happens with music that someone can't just accept your taste, they feel compelled to rubbish it then impose their taste......pity. confised

In a non paricipatory way ... a bit like Leeds in the play off final.
