I love cheese on toast me!!

but had sardines in toasted pitta for dinner, was ok....no cheese on toast tho!

red leicester is the only acceptable cheese for cheese on toast, fully toast one side, turn over, toast till firm (about 30 secs) then add the cheese, toast some more until melted. Mmmmm.

Anything else added is just wrong

grated cheese, grated onion, grated mushroom, soy sauce, bit of mayo - all mixed in and grilled on toast

I agree with all of that except red leicester should be replaced with double gloucester......

The worst cheese for cheese on toast is edam......
