first signing

He is quality, I'm sure a queue of league one clubs will be after him but he is a sweaty so maybe the North East might be appealing to him, but I'm sure the likes of Tranmere and Oldham will be sniffing.

Our first signing is Grant Holt isn't it? Thats what I've heard anyway.

Thoughts on Holt Mr Chip?

He was indeed quality when I watched him on the box earlier in the season, think it was against Barnsley when Blackpool were bottom of the league but he ran the show.

Forest didn't score many as rule though, I think he'd score goals here like he did at Spotland, maybe he's a bit overawed playing for big clubs?

Come on as if pools would sign someone now, we just don't it doesn't happen, we could of had Graham at this point last year if we got our arse in gear.

I always sign Parker on Footy manager for Pools, gets you a good 15-18 in the championship.

Isn't Grant Holt a target man type of player - thats the last type we need surely. Kiegan Parker and Duffy would be preferable, can't help thinking that a few more clubs will be after Parker though...
