That is disturbing. I helped in the fitting out of that centre, albeit in a very insignificant way as a volunteer. It was intended as a resource run by Hartlepool Scouts for Hartlepoool Scouts.

I can only assume the Scouts have reorganised their district boundaries. They always were pretty good at that sort of thing.

I thought we'd managed to sever any supposed ties with Diddlesbrough when we got Cleveland abolished.
