IF we go for a new manager

And not in any particular order.

Peter Jackson (Lincoln) win ratio 40%

Paul Lambert (Wycombe) win ratio 35%

Paul Simpson (Shrewsbury) win ratio 37%

Keith Hill (Rochdale) win ratio 50%

Jim Gannon (Stockport) win ratio 47%

Or a typical IOR appointment (not really knownand a surprise to everyone )

Jim Moffat (East Fife) win ratio 43%

Donald Park (Ross County/Coopers ex club) win ratio 43%

Win ratio's are for full manager's career not the club he currently with.

Now with the win ratio's mentioned it would mean a minimum of 16 wins a season to a maximum of 23 if the average win ratio's were met by the nominated personnel on the short list.

That's what I love about Scottish football the players and managers still sound like real men from when football used to be great! You don't need to even ask where those two blokes are from.

Double barreled soft lads like 'Mackail-Smith' and the likes of Dominic Blizzard just would not be tolerated up North.

Yeah like Arran Lee-Barratt he was even worse with that haircut earlier in the season, he'd get beat up if he played in Scottish Second Division with that name, and rightly so.

it's also no coincidence that the most aggressive, hungry and "driven" men in football management tend to be Scots. They seem to have that extra edge to prove they are the man for the job, there's very few of them who are laid back - they are very hard taskmasters - and most of them tend to be a success from what I can see.
Scotland seems to be a very rich hunting ground for decent managers.
