Name a club apart from Man u, chelsea, lpool and arsenal who aren't looking for a 20 plus goalscorer?

Clubs at our level can't just go out and buy one, on our budget, 'cos clubs dont let there best players go.

We all know very few clubs bring in 7 new players for a start of a new season.

And as previous poster said NAME me a team who doesn't want a 20 goal a season forward.

Right back, I believe McCunnie on early season form is good enough for that position.

How many centre midfielders do you want we have Liddle Sweeney Possibly Clarke (Holding midfield in place of Boland) Rowell Haigh ( both coming through)Or do you intend to release Liddle as Sweeney just signed new contract, and only an idiot would release Liddle.

As I stated in previous posting Nelson may be a surprise name on the list but if not we have Nelson Clark Collins so we may need to bring one in if he is released if not then there are other position which need strengthening prior to that.

Will agree with right midfield (winger) and once more in a previous post suggested Darren Currie (Luton) although he be 35 during the next season, he may be worth a chance.

As I've already said in another thread, two real quality full backs would do me. On our budget, any other acquisitions apart from maybe a goalie would be very speculative because we aren't particularly weak in other positions.

Cooper, who remains our reference for good performance in this division, made very few changes to the squad when he began. He brought players in but most of them didn't see much action. The core of the squad was still Provett/Barron/Westwood/Humphreys/Tinkler/Eifion/Clarke. Nelson was the only new signing who saw a lot of action but his introduction was a necessity due to Spike leaving. The rest of the changes were just mild tinkering.
The next season he made even fewer changes, with Jack Ross the only close season addition.

And conversely, the manager who changed the core squad around the most remains our reference for bad performance.
