It's an excellent film. I like the fact that it's such a clever idea, the mix of brutal real life and surreal fantasy, and one that could have very easily been done badly. I love anything to do with the Spanish Civil War as well, so I was in my element.

I agree Kolley. I'm still trying to work out exactly how the magical bits fitted in with the 'real history', or even whether that's meant to be worked out completely

I thought it was fantastic, even though that bloke gets his face smashed in big time with the bottle of beer. Pretty grim sadx

The whole thing was well worked though, and the graphics for Pan were fantastic - the end's nicely ambiguous too. VERY highly rated on Metecritic and Rotten Tomatoes too.
