If we get a better result than Gillingham or Crewe we are mathematically safe from the drop.
If we dont win,or if Leeds do win we are mathematically out of the play offs.

It looks very possible (probable ?)that our season is going to be 'over' next week.

It might be if you could squash him into a photocopier

Don't say that, you're inviting gruesome pictures of photocopied bums purporting to be Frank's.

Oh no! What've I suggested

I agree. The high for me was beating Leyton Orient away. The low was being 2-0 down to Port Vale after 15 minutes. Even our goal difference is neutral - I think it's fair enough really.

Btw Mr. MadJohn, I was meaning to ask before you sadly disappeared - what's your avatar from? It looks like a Pac-Man ghost that's ran into the bonus fruit

It might have been fine one time,...and before you say anything, I know what you mean and I don't expect to be in the playoffs or getting promoted every season. ....however..... recently, we seem to have settled into a sort of football purists world, where the hopes are strangled quietly and we are supposed to rejoice at the stats. Wilson has Mick Taits talent to totally disillusion you from the off and this club needs its fans shouting the team on , the fans are like the atmosphere....flat.

I've pulled the camera back a bit now. It's one of them album cover thingies.

That's by far one of the creepiest album covers I've ever seen :-o

I'm sorry, but I don't agree.
It's not fine, with the squad and backing we have/had we could have been pushing for a playoff spot,
had they been properly managed and had we got a decent keeper in the team.
What we've had recently is a disillusioned squad, playing in front of a dispirited and shrinking
crowd at home and a hard core following away from home.
If things continue in their current vein, I worry about next season

Well, some, I suppose most, are.......I'm not though but then again I don't go and what I know can be written on a postage stamp with a bingo dobber, which I found out today was a quote nicked from Monkey Business 2007 Issue 83, ((c)Mrs Nottingham).

I dunno, the barefaced cheek of stealing from a nursing mother........

You'd unscrew the nipples, sell them as golf tees and leave a baby crying.... allegedly.
