Well, that's very tolerant view of the management, but Ivan Ash, the journo, has a more convincing slant:

I find it hard to believe he had two plans

maybe plan two was someone else's

and does danny deserve all the criticism after all he has a number 2 to help him out

To be fair to Sweeney he did say;

and

Honest enough, I wonder if the other players will refuse to talk to him like they did with the press the other week

It's a very simplistic question like, but does 'Wilson' as you all call him now, ever set foot on the pitch, and are these players on those wages that you all eulogise about not intelligent enough to read the way the game is going??

It is the managers job to get the players playing together and on the same wavelength. Like has been said he signed them and picks the team.

And some of the players are thick, that much is obvious so they need to be told/ordered what to do........
