Ive just changed my ISP from AOL to Sky and am using a wireless router, the problem is this message keeps popping up when I go on certain websites. I just usually click on cancel and the websites load normally but it can become quite annoying.

As far as im aware ive deleted everything associated with AOL off the computer...which has left me puzzled as to why this is happening.

Any help how to solve this please? Thanks.

edit - Ive had a look in settings and it all seems a little bit too complicated for me and when I do click on connect, it says 'dialling AOL' how like an old modem would...arrghh confised

Somebody said to me last weekend when talking about how much of a bastad Norton Antivirus was to completely uninstall that it was nearly as bad as AOL!

I had to download a Norton Removal tool from tinterweb to get rid of that as just doing the uninstall through Windows wouldn't completely remove it.

Maybe you need to do something similar for AOL?

But I don't know what.

Hope that helps a bit? banghead

AOL is an absolute git to get off a PC!
Your best removing it from the PC by using the Add/Remove Programs wizard and then going to Start > Search and type "AOL" in find the folder its in and delete that aswell

Best of luck with it
