He is Russell Hart former leader of the labour group on the council. I have had my face in the paper many times with HUDSA but this bloke was in it everyday for about 5 years in the '90's. Words fail me to describe this. but I know my wife will be well and truly naffed off as she is a nurse at the hospital.
