Come on now someone else besides me must be able to remember how hard Tony Bircumshaw (Orc in my wash tub) kicked a ball. Mind you, his having size seven feet helped.

Great back three in those days, George Smith in goal, Brian Drysdale and Tony Bircumshaw.

Drysdale was the 'elegant' one!! :grin: :grin: Always looked idle... :laugh: :laugh:
