I've had enough exercise for today. I went to an aerobics class this morning and have been walking with the dog.

They're not the best Jonny. I always take myt flip flops cause I don't like standing on the floor. But swimming is one of the best exercises you can do and I enjoy it.

The last time I was in Mill House baths I witnessed two life guards using using one of those little green nets on the end of a bamboo stick you used to take to the park pond as a kid to fish a quite stubborn turd out of the pool.

That was the last time I went to the Mill House baths.

it's probably more hygienic to have a swim in Greatham Creek.
Watch out for the seals though, they've got a nasty bite and they can't half shift in the water.

I think it already has Katcha. A new one has opened up on the Headland instead.
