On new years morning after an evening of over indulgence i ventured on to the scales and was dissappointed to see my weight had hit 21 clem.
So there and then a change was made execise for me was walking around in the bar or the bookies.
Then reading Smythes posts about his running gave me the idea to do the same to post my diary of weight lose and fitness so here goes.

1 - 1 - 08.

Weight 21 clem on the nose.

12 - 1 - 08.

20 clem - 7 llbs.
Walking alot more and turning out for 5-a-side on wednesday and still no alcohol for 12 days
finding not drinking very hard.

that's the thing about having a left hook, it's a twat wearing gloves 'cos you keep poking holes through.

If I lost 5 stone I could squeeze through the railings on the Rec. :smug:

that's not the railings Rip - it's the gap where people walk through with their bikes...........

I can never understand the 'correlation' between scale-weight and fatness. Sometimes I have a fat phase and sometimes a thin one, but I always weigh more or less the same sctatchinghead

I can always squeeze between the spaces in railings tho :sweeeet:
