Tall Ships is not at the marina, its on the roundabout, between clavering and that bishop cuthberts estate on the A179, and opens in 2 days time, to give the gillens a run for their money.....
so if you intend to visit the tall ships then don't go to the marina as you will be in the wrong place.......

It looks pretty decent actually, It's owned by the the same company as the White House, and it's location means it will be another goldmine for Ember Inns there must be thousands of new houses in that estate and to date no pubs!
