I caught Yossie cold yesterday, sneezing and runny nose, took 2 Echinacea tablets, and it went. Feel wonderful today. clappp

Good for you! Always works best if you take it at the very beginning of a cold as you did

Oops sorry....glad your feeling better. I favour lying on couch groaning about how ill i feel, please get me something to eat/drink/read pet groan sniffle etc cos i too have a "cold bug" not just a cold!
Its stopped me making any sense too.

Sadly my delivery service is now closed for the week-end. My advice is to get some echinacea drops (or echinacea tablets as Mr BP says....he always has to be different :roll:

) next time you go to Holland and Barrett, so that you have them in for next time.

My Echinacea tablets are Tesco own brand. So you don't have to travel over to the continent to get some.
