it will be people like agents, or people like the Triads trying to influence footy games, or bookies, or someone. They wouldn't dare make an example of someone actually involved in the top level of the game - it would open such a can of worms that they would never get the lid back on again. Hopefullythe can will explode of its own accord one day.
Meanwhile, if it's a small club like Luton, then they'll quite happily shut it down.
