It's early 80's, the Drybroughs advert on the Clarence Road stand was only there 82ish, it was Yuills before that, then went to Camerons by 1984.

20 - 20 vision or what, the Dryboroughs advert.
I'm struggling to see the grass cutter.

Well it looks like the Clarence Road main stand, built from wood and held together with rope, is fenced off so that would be after the Bradford fire of 1985. I'd go for 1986. Haven't a clue who is on the mower, maybe Billy Horner passing some time in reflection.

Didn't they repair the roof not long before it was condemned though? If so, that may be why it is cordoned off in preparation for those works as the photo doesn't look like there has been any recent roof works done.

you can also make out old the Rink End roof structure as well as the Clarence Road stand, so no later than 1985/86 season.
