OK.. I'm a cynic.

with two of the relegation slots surely filled (and I can't believe we'd finish below Port Vale, Bournemouth, Millwall, Bristol Rovers or Northampton) then I'm afraid lower mid-table mediocrity beckons.
Next season should see a whole new look side, and it will take a couple of new players in January and maybe another three or four in the summer to move us back up to the level we were three/four years ago.

The bloke is still the enigma he was when he came. I thought by now he'd have opened up a bit and struck up a rapport with the fans but to me he remains as inscrutable, aloof and distant as the day he arrived. The fans need a leader as well, but Wilson has the appearance of someone who appears to not really get involved with anything out side the team...it's as though the fans are a bit of a nuisance and not part of his job.
