Then Im a Premiership manager.

Yes we got back to 2-2. But we were 2-0 down after 14 minutes.that's when changes had to be made,We 2 down and at home and going out of the European Championships, and what does he do, sits on his hands and plays 4-5-1. Only an idiot plays it from the start anyway. Then at half time what does the idiot do takes off Barry and leaves Lampard and Gerrard, who everyone except him knows are totally useless together for England.

Both times against Croatia he has played formations that English player's dont do....3-5-2- at their place and 4-5-1- at Wembley.

Hopefully by the time I have typed this he will either have resigned or been sacked.

As someone texted me tonight he is the International equivalent of Martin Scott and that's insulting Scott.

At one stage tonight he was seen making notes in the first half, I pointed out ,it wasn't notes it was his RESIGNATION LETTER.

If it wasnt i pray to god he writing it now.

I wont disagree with that.

But either Gerrard or Lampard had to be taken off after 14 minutes when 2-0. In my opinion it has to be Lampard as I believe Gerrard is a better player.Though other's may disagree.

But it was pointless having one forward on at home when 2 down, and to be honest it pointless having 1 forward on when game kicks off when you at home.

Mclaren is clueless,at end of the day the player he dropped a player.... BECKHAM to make a point..... To say I'm in charge.Beckham almost saved his job with the ball to Crouch for the equaliser.

He promised a new future when he took over and 2 years on he played at lot of players Erikkson picked.

If it wasn't for injuries and suspensions then tonights team would have included possibly 9 of those player's.

At end day we failed to qualify from a group that included the giants of Crotia Russai Israel Macedonia and Israel.

Let's make sure we bring in the right man, Jourinho is free, Wenger could be got as Dein no longer has a say in Arsenal as well as the FA.

But once Mclaren is gone then so should the top men in the FA for they have failed the England fan's as well in appointing a cheap replacement,.The men they wanted didn't come so they appointed Mclaren when they should have looked further afield. SIMPLE AS THAT

for a scot, alan hansen talked 100 per cent sense during englands world cup campaign, and 100 per cent sense at the end of the game tonight.

though to be fair a blind man could have spotted the flaws in tonights performance.

in all honesty, not qualifying may be better for the national side in the long run. at least now several high ranking heads should roll and certain players should no longer be considered automatic selections.

Barwick's head should roll. The smug 'lovely lovely person' makes me sick. The same Barwick who invited Gus Hiddink for a 'coffee morning' to discuss what Hiddink had to offer. The same Hiddink whose team has just put us out of the European Championships. The same Barwick who insisted on travelling with Scolari from his home to England, alerting the press and scaring off Scolari. The same Barwick who, when Martin O'Neill was in talks with the FA, decided a manager who wanted a say in the U21's and youth policy was overstepping the mark. I'll be glad when he's gone.

managers and players always come and go, but the self-interested men in suits at the FA remain. For this reason England will never amount to anything. Plus the way English players have the flair coached out of them at a young age (unlike kids from Africa, South America and continental Europe). There is so much wrong, it is like England plays another game altogether from everyone else.
The first touch, control, dribbling, passing, crossing, shooting, and heading skills of English footballers is generally awful, even at the top.
When was the last time England produced a player to get you stood up from your seats in applause when he had the ball? Which players?
Gascoigne? Beardsley? They haven't played for 10 years!!!!!

the FA have moved swiftly to put all England fans' minds at rest by announcing that a 'root and branch' refred investigation into the state of the senior England team will be undertaken. starting immediately the investigation will be headed by.....................

BRIAN FOOKIN BARWICK
