This bloke is probably the most technically brilliant guitarist you'll ever have a chance to see live.

also the current holder of the 'record of the week' on Radio 2, Radcliffe and Maconie's show

I would fancy that Nick....but same as how Chip is saving his £££ for Carlisle - I'm gonna save mine for Waterson:Carthy next month.... MC is better than MS IMO btw :grin:

What was he like?
Agree he's excellent but last time I saw him he did a lot of slide guitar, which I'm not keen on
