If you really want to take it further it may be worth you actually contacting Rivals yourself. The Rivals admin, I believe, is paid £250 per month so is only really an employee of Rivals than actually owning the Never Say Die board. I believe DJ got reinstated after going straight to Rivals about being banned though I think the NSD mod made out it was his decision to reinstate DJ.

Im really not bothered, if i wanted i could just come back under a new name, but to be honest, its not very good over there anyway, even more so that exec admin and admin seem to be on a very high horse
