I was talking about the skills shortage in Construction, as opposed to a labour shortage, and laid the blame on Henry 8th, it then went from a light hearted bit of prose to a full on debate with me describing the governments response to Leitch as a form of National Service for disaffected school leavers and unemployed adults and also throwing some blame, well a fair bit at education and its lack of understanding of the needs of industry... a few of them were retired teachers... banghead
