It just reinforces what we thought on Saturday, that we'll lose more than we win if we can't defend at anything like a reasonable level.

i fully concur, has we have noted in previouse threads one must have done things at a reasonable level before one can hope to achieve one's potential! on the other hand i hve managed IT!

The worrying thing for me is that nobody springs immediately to my mind.

If I had to put one player from our squad in that position and expect them to score it would be Mckay.

agreed - Liddle's miss was awful. A case of a player from little Hartlepool getting a golden chance to put his team 2-1 up at a big ground like Forest, and bottling it perhaps??

look at the winning goal... what was Liddle doing?? Surely he could have bust a gut when he saw Agogo running in.. or is that just me playing the blame game?
