It does look too good to be true.

Maybe once you sign up and the 12 months are up you are tied in for the next 12 months at a higher than average price or something like that

There's no catch, you just have to send your bills back within a certain date to get your money. A lot of people forget however.....

However if you do forget you end up stuck with your standard bill so nothing to lose.I must be missing something,it cant be that simple
