Well we didn't beat them last season and they were one of only a few teams to beat title-chasing York, they also had a cracking result on Saturday. I'm expecting it to be a tough game but hopefully we get the 3 points.

Yes we failed to beat them twice last year….a season we did fuck all in, let’s hope for better this year on both counts

So if we've only got 1 or 2 points after Saturday the seasons over?
Failing to beat Braintree next week means we weren't good enough on the day and that's it, it won't necessarily define the season.

Unfortunately in this league a poor start is hard to get back considering you probably need 90 plus points to win the league. Obviously we won't win the league so its not as defining for us to pick up a lot of points at the start but for teams like york who need to win roughly 30 out of 46 games to do what they are expected, then playing catch up after two or three games won't be easy.

As for us let's be honest the bookies rarely get things wrong braintree are rank outsiders we should be beating them at home. If we dont pick up points at the start, we then hit the tougher games against york Southend etc. We aren't playing the big hitters straight away so if we dont take advantage it shouldn't come as a shock to people when we once again find ourselves lounging around the bottom half to mid table.

I expect us to win every home game, never happens though. I don't think it's a good thing to write off the 'shitty teams' though, it used to annoy the hell out of me when we were in league one and you had wanky Leeds fans saying they should be beating the likes of Hartlepool. No one has the right to walk overs. Braintree had a decent second half of the season last season, a good win yesterday, they'll be up for it coming here. I'm expecting us to win, but there shouldn't be a sense of entitlement about it.

Thing is Bobby it was annoying when Leeds were like that but guess what they beat us. Let's be honest leeds should of beat us and did. Saying that I've not seen many better away performances than the time they did beat us to win 5 in a row. We really could of been well in front In that game.

People who have that problem are entitled to have it, if they so wish. I also think you should stop harping on about what will or will not be allowed.
