Legally, criticism is fine. stating your disagreement with a decision is fine but direct accusations of wrongdoing without evidence that can be proven to be false strays into the realms of slander.

This leaves both the poster and the administrator legally liable and I hardly need say that the costs of defending any action would be prohibitive.

How can anyone be traced, IP Address only pinpoints an approximate location and no one with any sense would post their personal details on message boards that’s why people have user names.
Also easy to hide an IP address using a VPN, my IP address rotates every 2 weeks and changes its location.
