Simple As That.
And now people are getting financially stung for showing a genuine interest it keeps Sing at the club till A.

Maybe he's dreaming about getting the ground and a piece of the MHMP and producing promotion on the cheap n shit loads of luck.

20 odd sacked managers with Darlo n Pools tells its own story of that he should be know we're near a football clubs.
They ain't toys for the boys!!

As far as i can remember the price was accepted by Raj, However if the HERD group are not happy with something they may want to re-negotiate.
Does not sound that way though.
There is only one thing that will keep Raj at the club and that is the fans COMPLIANCE!!!

COMPLIANCE: the act of obeying a law or rule, especially one that controls a particular industry or type of work:

Nail very efficiently struck on the head.

One thing I will say is Raj hasn’t kept the 10% deposit, not how it works, would be legal battles galore if so , it’s likely sitting in some escrow account to be given back to the buyer when they are sick of his bullshit, which I expect may be quite soon

I don't think the Trust got their money back last year.

The season tickets business is like a man sat by the road with a sign saying’ ‘Donations to feed my starving puppy needed urgently’
And some people are so dumb, or gullible and donate, yet everyone else can plainly see it’s a stuffed toy puppy…..and some of the donors look for a reason to defend their pointless donation.

Wow. It's poor, I've just watched it.

I'm pretty sure that Mr Frost owns and runs a little firm making short films and videos - like a PR type firm, and this is what we have here. Singh has put down the things he wants to address and got his "answers" ready to Mr Frost's "questions".

Yet there is no detail.

Which firm conducted the poll, what are they called?
Why does maybe buying some new software have any relevance to the result?
What was the result in numbers, i.e. votes cast?

Why does only being in debt to two parties described here as being a good thing? I mean I could owe £100 to 100 people or £1000,000 to one person - I know which of these is worse.

All in all it's not an interview at all.

even if the vote was correct its only a very small section of fans who voted i favour of him. the way he is talking is that he has total backing of the majority of fans. no mention of those without season tickets who regularly watch pools when they can and some of them who watch more games live than them. the vote is just as relevant as a poll on the bunker would be.

Given that it was ST holders only (so probably the majority are long standing supporters who've seen us on the brink of existence before), and the vote was a straight choice of Raj invests and returns or we have to be self sustainable (which were not, so effectively Admin), it was turkeys voting for Xmas and I'd expect the majority to vote against the latter.
In hindsight, he was always coming back but needed his ego massaged and a validation of him doing so.
I still think he wants to stay on for the foreseeable future as majority shareholder but with other investment. Hard to see anyone coming onboard to work with him under those circumstances. So got to hope that Herd can make him an offer he can't refuse.
In the meantime we need to start some serious preparation for next season but I can't see how that's going to happen until ownership is cut and dry.

thinking about groucho marx on another topic. it reminds me of a coupl of his quotes to suit the present situation. the secret of life is honesty and fair dealing. if you can fake that you have got it made. he may talk like an idiot, look like an idiot but do not let it fool you. he is an idiot.

But Herd did make an offer that was acceptable. To get to due diligence you agree the price first in heads of terms. What was happened since? He suddenly wants more? Something has been found in the books that needs negotiating and he’s not prepared to do that? Having spent time and money to get to DD, he now doesn’t want sell?
Basically, there was a deal Raj was happy with fairly recently and now he’s moving goalposts. I suspect it’s a case of Raj’s pride and greed putting our club at risk.

Maybe they've found something during DD which has resulted in their offer being reduced? Bottom line is he's only going on his terms so Herd needs to meet his valuation and terms.
Their statement does give the indication that they're going to make it happen though.

or attempt to make it happen. from there point of view do they need all this hassle and we need them more than they need the problems they are facing now and even after a takeover.

Perhaps Ms Hammond's bunch lowered their offer after seeing the books, and Raj is trying to convince them that it's still well worth their original offer, and then some?

Maybe his recent behaviour is designed deliberately to show buyers that despite precious-few assets, and a sizeable debt, the club has one thing that is well worth what he wants and more.

The fans.

He has clearly demonstrated that Pools supporters will take any old shit, and will still buy season tickets, and give him a 63% "approval rating" despite every piss-taking stunt he throws at them.

His sales pitch could well be: Look how much you can kick these daft bastards and yet they'll still turn up and part with their cash watching any shitty players you care to sign.

These buffoons who've lapped up my bollocks for years are worth twice what I'm asking, so pay me what I want or fuck right off..!

Hypothetical scenario of course, and obviously a product of my drug-addled, overactive imagination...

Aye, there's definitely a Ken Dodd running the Inland Revenue vibe about Singh.

Pity P Frost never asked how much tax is due, I would hazard a guess of around 1.5 -2.0 million.

Dunno mate, but I wouldn't be surprised if your guess was accurate.
